The Bathrooms By Burton & Hart team members are trained to be active listeners so that clients will be satisfied with our work from the very beginning. We believe that a crucial part of any design process is the initial design brainstorm between the client and the designer. We are here to listen to our clients wants and needs, and transform them into truly beautiful works of art.
QUOTING
A team member will come out to your home at a suitable time and discuss your ideas. We will work with using our extensive knowledge to design an area that you are more than happy with.
Once we have all the measurements and a thorough understanding of your design we then draw up a comprehensive quote. You will receive your quote with in 48 hours.
We will send a copy of your quote and measurements to Bathroom International in Cannington who have a wide range of products and tiles. We do not include these in your quote. Keeping the costs for your renovation down and giving you more freedom to choose the products and tiles that best suit you. We are happy to come with you to Bathroom International to help with your selections at anytime. If you would prefer to use your own products and tile or source them from somewhere else that is no problem. We work with you and what situation suits you best.
RENOVATION PROCESS
A bathroom renovation is a step by step process. It generally takes about 10 working days to complete a bathroom, laundry or powder room depending on the complexities of the renovation.

Day 1: Demolition Day: Our team will remove all of the fixtures and fittings from your old bathroom

Once demolition is completed the plumber will start modifying the plumbing. This can take up to 2 days depending on the amount of modifications. i.e shower area is being moved or mixer taps are being installed.

Once all the plumbing modifications are completed then the bathroom will be ready to be screeded and rendered in preparation for tiling

Nib walls and shower hobs will be built (if you are having them).

Waterproof membrane and Nylon scrim will then be applied. We take our time with this process as it is an extremely important part of the renovation.

If you are having a built in bath. It will now be installed.

Your vanity will be installed

Your tiling will now begin and your bathroom will start to come alive.

Once your walls and floors have been tiled the Glazier will come to site to take measurements for your shower screen.

Your walls and floors will be grouted

The plumber will then install your fixtures and fittings

Shortly after your renovation your glazier will install your custom made shower screen and mirror if you have chosen to install one.
